For over 20 years, Jose Castaneda has been an integral part of the West Design Build family, serving as our Lead Project Manager and the heart behind many of our most successful projects. With two decades of hands-on experience, Jose is responsible for supervising our crews, managing project timelines, ensuring the execution of custom features, and working directly with clients to bring their vision to life.

Known for his calm presence, remarkable attention to detail, and tireless work ethic, Jose has earned a reputation that precedes him: put, “Everyone loves Jose.” He can listen deeply to our clients' needs, ensuring that every project feels personal, thoughtful, and expertly crafted. His specialty skills include carpentry, framing, finish work, custom kitchen design, and high-end wainscoting — all executed with an artisan’s touch and a perfectionist’s eye.
