Our process consists of 4 simple steps.

Initial Consultation & Proposal
We start by visiting your property to understand your vision and requirements. We craft a detailed proposal that outlines the scope of work, projected costs, and timelines

Design & Approval
If needed, we produce detailed renderings to visualize your project, making any necessary adjustments before the actual construction begins. Once approved, we place you in our project queue
3
Project Kickoff & Management
The week before construction starts, you’ll meet your dedicated Project Manager who will be your primary point of contact. Concurrently, all required materials for the project will be delivered to your site,
4
Completion & Review
Upon completion of the project, we conduct a thorough walk-through with you to ensure all aspects meet your expectations and the highest standards. We handle change orders promptly.

At 27 weeks pregnant, my house flooded and had to be gutted to the studs. Andy West and his team quickly executed every service, supplier, and tradesman necessary to implement a plan. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude to Andy West and his team in one testimonial.
His lead superintendent, Jose, became part of the family, working 8 to 12 hours daily, setting new flooring, moving walls, building walls, resetting all electrical and plumbing, expanding the kitchen, and designing the most incredible island to entertain nightly, as we do. After being let down by another company, I called West Design Build to help install a large gazebo and wire a fan on my back deck. Andy West quickly sent out his foreman, Jose, and a team of four. They had the gazebo fully assembled in one day and returned the next morning to install the fan—flawless work.
I was so impressed that I hired them again to rebuild my 15x24 deck, which was in rough shape. They showed up on time, worked hard, and completely transformed it. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the entire team was respectful and dependable.
