Jeremey Place has been a valued member of the West Design Build team for three years. As Estimator, he plays an important role in turning each client’s vision into a clear, accurate, and achievable project plan.

Jeremey carefully reviews project drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to determine the labor, materials, subcontractors, and resources needed for each project. He prepares detailed cost estimates, completes material takeoffs, gathers supplier and subcontractor pricing, and identifies potential cost considerations before construction begins.
