Dave Karandos has been part of the West Design Build team for two years. In his role in Sales and Customer Relations, Dave is often one of the first people clients connect with as they begin considering West Design Build for their project.

Dave takes time to listen, understand what each client is hoping to create, and help guide them through the early stages of the process. He works closely with clients to answer questions, gather project details, and make sure communication remains clear from the first conversation forward.

His approachable personality and commitment to building strong relationships help clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident as they move through the planning process. Dave also works closely with the rest of the West Design Build team to ensure that each client’s goals and expectations are clearly understood.
